Thanks Leslie! Great to hear from you! How are your pooches doing?

Hi Peter,

It's a good life. It's late spring and beautiful. I am a new Grama with an 8 day old granddaughter. So, fun times. And the pooches are CUTE :)

You all look happy. It was good to hear how things are going with you and Donna.

Next time you ran out of fuel consider allowing the trades to blow you all the way down to Hawaii!

Ha ha...wish we were close enough for that to work out! Miss you guys! <3

I would have loved to see the farm! It has everything I love chocolate and spices. And the fruit!

What an adventure you two are on. Love reading your posts

Thanks for keeping up on our adventures! Love knowing you are reading them!

Well I miss you! So I have to see what you and Peter are up to

Yes, great post. Really enjoyed this one. Reminded me of a couple times we almost ran out of fuel due to low winds.

Thanks Tyler. It's good to know you are reading them and I didn't know that you were sailing too. Where are you sailing?

Tyler Martin's avatar

I took a few years off for a sabattical/mini retirement 2018-2020. We did mostly day sailing and 2-3 nights around Puerto Rico and then a long trip around Sardinia and Corsica which is when we almost ran out of fuel.

I remember your trip to Puerto Rico, but didn’t realize you were sailing! We loved Sardinia and Bonifaccio! Great to hear from you!

Yes, they're gorgeous. Super different vibe than the Caribbean too.

I thought you were originally going sailing for a year. What happened? I mean, I guess I could go back through the archives. You guys have been super diligent about posting over the years.

Ha, yeah. We kept going! It keeps being (mostly) fun, so we keep extending the trip.

Would love to hear more about what you’re up to!

Great post! I'm glad you managed to get to Grenada without running out of fuel. What a nail biter of a week for you. I could watch the moonlit silver water for hours. What a fantastic journey you are having.

Thanks Elinor! Yes it was quite the ride and a meaningful journey for sure. Thanks for keeping up with our posts!
