I read about the Japanese art of killing fish. It was in the S.F. Chronicle years ago! Stuck in my mind all these years. How did you guys know about this?!

Interesting tour of Costa Rica.

Peter said he looked it up on the web a long time ago and it stuck in his mind too! It's a good thing to know when catching fish!

What an amazing tour at Drake Bay. Andrew and I did a night tour in Monteverde and it was wonderful, but we didn't see any lethal snakes or wade in water. Great photos of the animals, Peter. I do love Costa Rica. I did a great kayak tour through the Mangroves when I was there last, near Miguel Antonio.

Costa Rica is very special. Night tours are cool! Our favorite part of Costa Rica was the Oso Peninsula. We will be posting more of what we experienced there.

Wow... Truly amazing! What an adventure! Donna, I'm so glad you didn't step on the viper after waking him up. I normally bite folks that wake me up, so I still think it was risky!

Haha Safy! Note to self to never wake you up!! I'm glad too I didn't step on the viper! Very close call in my opinion. I was very grateful that Peter saw it and made us all aware!!!
